Due to expected rains, road grading and dust treatment has been rescheduled for June 15 and 16.
July 18, 2026 - Annual HOA meeting at 12:30 at the St Regis Community Center with neighborhood picnic that afternoon at Don and Kris Holland's. We hope to see you there!
Pumphouse generator project is expected to begin installation by the end of June. Invoices for $575 per lot will be sent when work begins. Please contact our Treasurer, Terri Pyne, for extended payment options for those with multiple lots.
